Your bags are guaranteed for 30 days. In the unlikely event that a bag fails, please contact us immediately. You will be responsible for returning the bag to us and paying associated shipping costs. Once we have examined the bag and it is determined to be defective workmanship, we will replace the bag that fails for no charge within the 30 day time frame. If more than 30 days have passed, we may offer you a replacement at a reduced rate. If you would rather have your money refunded, (within the 30 day period) we will do that, however, under no circumstances will we refund shipping charges.
